Never Pay Retail Again!

When he founded the dealership in the early 1990s, James Botsacos made a commitment to make a difference.  He decided to eliminate dealer inside secrets and launched James Toyota Scion's Full Disclosure Policy. 

At James, we disclose all the costs we have associated with each vehicle. You will see our dealer invoice, incentives, rebates ... everything! We then work from the dealer invoice up. Our only request is that we are permitted to make a small profit on the transaction.

Almost half of our customers travel 40 to 100 miles to purchase from James. Our "full disclosure" presentation, with all the facts and figures on the table, allows customers to make an informed decision and know for sure that they've received the best deal possible.
