Thanks to the customer-focused dedication of our wonderful staff in every department, James Toyota Scion is an 11 time recipIent of the prestigious Toyota President's Award for sales, service, and customer satisfaction: 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.
Through Toyota's Corporate Green initiative, James Toyota Scion incorporated efficiencies in energy and water usage, used recycled materials where possible, and has systems that reduce the disposal of waste. Heat for the building comes, in part, from the use of service customers' used motor oil.
Wait until you see the new James Toyota Scion, a brand new building that has been awarded LEED Certification, which stands for Leaders in Energy and Environmental Design. There are very stringent guidelines that need to be followed during the construction and operation of a facility to be LEED Certified by the nonprofit U.S. Green Building Council. Part of the design strategy was to let the building serve as a "think green" educational tool for customers, employees, and the general public. Organized tours for other car dealers, architects and contractors, community members, and school groups are available.
Community spirit is at the core of James Toyota Scion's operating philosophy. Both Vice President Laura Botsacos and the dealership founder, James Botsacos, are key members of a number of local charitable organizations and serve on several advisory boards at Hunterdon Medical Center.
